The Lemon Cream is born from the harmonious combination between the infusion of the peels of the “Sfusato” Amalfi lemons and milk. It is sold in elegant 70cl bottle, with an alcohol content of 17%.
This delicious cream liqueur joins the sweetness of milk to the fragrance and aroma of PGI Amalfi lemons in a well-balanced and harmonic way. To be enjoyed fresh both as a pleasant dessert and with cakes and ice cream.
Ingredients: Concentrated semi-skimmed milk, sugar, alcohol, lemon peel “limone costa d’Amalfi IGP”
Quantity of lemons used: 200g/lt, 50 cl 20% vol
