Small and delicious babà, typical cake of the Neapolitan gastronomic tradition, soaked in a low alcohol content lemon syrup (12%), obtained from the infusion of the famous PGI “Sfusato” Amalfi lemons.

Sold in glass jars of 700g, it is a fresh and alternative dessert, enclosing all the scents of the Amalfi coast.

Baba cake ingredients: flour, eggs, margarine, sugar, salt, yeast, E282, natural flavourings. Lemon liqueur ingredients: alcohol, sugar, Amalfi Coast IGP-certified lemon peel infusion (240 g / 1 litre)
